Hello 🌱,
We are looking for someone who dreams of living in a light dwelling in a residential area of Bouge.
🚄 12 minutes' walk from Namur train station, this area is quiet.
🥖 A bakery and a grocery shop are 5 minutes' walk away.
🚍 Public transport 3 minutes' walk away.
🌳🌲 Private garden with the possibility of creating a vegetable patch.
The tiny house is almost new and situated on a small 15-are orchard, to be shared with a housemate who has their own section.
Desired profile:
💆 Someone who enjoys peace and quiet.
👩🌾 Having green fingers is a plus.
Ideally, someone without pets, due to bad experiences in the past. Furthermore, in summer, the tiny house without air conditioning can get hot, which isn't ideal. Looking for a meticulous person.
