The apartment also offers shared spaces: a large double living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a terrace, and a garden.
Most of the bedroom furniture can be moved or removed according to your preferences. A large storage closet in the hallway is also provided if needed.

- 20 minutes from La Défense by bus (line 258) – Sainte-Geneviève stop 200 m away.
- 15-20 minutes on foot from the Nanterre-Ville RER A.
