I am renting a furnished single room of 20 m² in my clean and well-maintained apartment where I live. The room for rent is located upstairs and includes a 140 cm bed, a desk, a chair, a mirror, and ample storage for your belongings.
Important conditions:
- Non-smoking room and apartment, but smoking is permitted on the terrace.
- Parties and pre-dinner drinks are not allowed.
- You will be asked to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
