In a 60 m² apartment on the 5th and top floor of a small, quiet building, I rent 3 shared rooms: two 13 m² bedrooms each with a shower room and one 11 m² bedroom with a private shower near the entrance.
The bedrooms are locked.
A double bed is provided in each bedroom with a wardrobe.
The 15 m² kitchen/living/dining room includes a large refrigerator, induction cooktop, fan-assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of storage, a sofa, a dining table, a 42.5" flat-screen TV, and a washing machine.
The electric heating is efficient and is included in the rental charges.
The €450 security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period.
The charges include absolutely everything: water, electricity, heating, and cleaning of common areas.
Scorff Hospital and expressway are a 5-minute drive away, the train station is 400 meters away, the city center is a 15-minute walk, and the bus stop is 100 meters away.
Free parking is available in the neighborhood.
Shops are located at the bottom of the building.
