Description
Very quiet room, 200 m from the RER B line, Palaiseau Villebon station, 25 minutes from Paris and 500 m from the town centre. You have a fridge in your room, and household linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided every fortnight. A microwave is available for your use, as well as access to the kitchen every day except Sunday. Wi-Fi access and ironing equipment are provided. Depending on availability, you will have a private bathroom or one to share with another person (with a personal washbasin). There is no access to a washing machine, but a launderette is 400 m away. You also have access to the garden. The house is very quiet, which is essential for students. The host lives on-site.
I would like to clarify that the accommodation is non-smoking.
You must clean your room yourself, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom must be cleaned weekly and must be kept impeccably clean as a matter of mutual respect.
