Located in the center of Mauguio, the house is a 5-minute walk from the village square and a 10-15 minute walk from three supermarkets. Parking is free on the street. The proximity to Baillargues train station allows quick access to St. Roch train station in an 8-minute drive. Several bus lines connect Odysseum and Boirargues (Montpellier Tram), and a cycle path connects Mauguio to Fréjorgues.
