A 23 m² attic room (13 m² Carrez law), located across from another student room, on the 2nd floor of a 200 m² house with a garden. A 10.30 m² kitchen shared with the other student, located on the 1st floor. Shared toilet and bathroom. There is an RJ45 Ethernet port and an SFR (Fiber) router for Wi-Fi internet connection.
Located in the center of Mauguio, the house is a 5-minute walk from the village square and a 10-15 minute walk from three supermarkets. Parking is free on the street. The proximity to Baillargues train station allows quick access to St. Roch train station in an 8-minute drive. Several bus lines connect Odysseum and Boirargues (Montpellier Tram), and a cycle path connects Mauguio to Fréjorgues.
We are a mixed-race couple, British and French, and we particularly enjoy intercultural exchanges. It is essential for us that our tenants feel at home, in a welcoming environment, as this greatly influences our quality of life together.
