Near Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, bright 20 m² room overlooking the garden, located on the first floor of my house. Cormeilles is a quiet, safe, small town near the beautiful banks of the Seine and the forest, where you can go for walks. My house is a 15-minute walk from the station (5 minutes by bus). You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare in central Paris in 20 minutes, or Pontoise in 16 minutes (Line J). I occupy the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the first floor. The bathroom and toilet are shared with my daughter. This homestay is reserved for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is also respectful of the space and its occupants. Smokers are welcome, but only in the garden, even in winter. For your information, I have a lovely small dog.
