Located close to Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, bright 20 m² room, overlooking the garden and situated on the first floor of my house.
Cormeilles is a small, quiet, and safe town, close to the lovely banks of the Seine and the forest where you can go for walks. My house is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride from the station. You can reach Gare Saint-Lazare, in the centre of Paris, in 20 minutes or Pontoise in 16 minutes (Line J).
I live on the ground floor with my 22-year-old daughter, so you will have your own private space on the first floor. The bathroom and toilet are to be shared with my daughter.
This accommodation is for women aged 20 and over. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden.
I am looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is respectful of the property and its occupants. Smokers are accepted, but only in the garden, even in winter.
