20 minutes from Paris and Pontoise, discover a beautiful, spacious (20 m²) and bright room overlooking the garden, located on the 1st floor of my house.
Cormeilles is a small, quiet and secure town, close to the beautiful banks of the Seine, where you can enjoy walks. My house is a 15-minute walk from the train station (or a 5-minute bus ride). You can reach Saint-Lazare station in central Paris or Pontoise (line J) in 20 and 16 minutes, respectively.
I occupy the ground floor with my 20-year-old daughter, who often stays in Paris; you will therefore have your own space on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet are shared with my daughter.
The reception is reserved for women (minimum age: 20). You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden.
I'm looking for a friendly and open-minded tenant who is respectful of the property and its occupants. Smoking is allowed, but only outside, even in winter.
For your information, I have an adorable little dog.
