The flat is located above the offices of a joinery near Parilly Park, the fire station, and the Université Lyon 2 tram stop. The flat is very spacious, measuring 140 m2; it is new and features a balcony. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and a balcony shared with the other flatmate who is already living there; the rent for this one is £650. The other room, which shares a bathroom with 3 people, is £550/month. There is a garage, and I would ideally like to find 2 gay men. The flat needs a lovely, friendly, and warm atmosphere where we can spend evenings together.
