I offer 2 single rooms of 16 m2 and 12 m2 for shared accommodation in a 65 m2 F3 apartment renovated following the departure of my tenants. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and crockery and cooking utensils are provided. It has 2 refrigerators and a completely new washer and dryer. The shared bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a small sink and some bathroom furniture.
Rooms are fully furnished with pillows, pillow protectors and duvets provided. The independent entrance opens onto a small garden of 500 m2 not overlooked. In addition, an expansion is planned at the end of July with a dining room, separate toilets and a bathroom with shower.
The property is located 20 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from shops and buses in Corbeil-Essonnes (91100).
