2-room independent accommodation in a house with a terrace (Reyrieux - 01600)

Welcome to your cosy retreat in Le Villard, a 40m² gîte with a 3-star Clévacances rating, adjoining our main residence. Available for a maximum rental period of 3 months, this accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The space is flexible to suit a couple or colleagues, featuring a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, which can be prepared upon request. You will have access to fibre-optic internet, a workspace, and a private kitchenette. The kitchenette is located in our utility room, separated from your private area by a closed door. Our three cats use a cat flap in this room but will not enter your living space. In season, you can enjoy a private terrace and a swimming pool shared on a rotational basis until 9 pm. Bed sheets and towels are provided, but please bring your own hairdryer. The gîte is non-smoking, and parties and guests are not permitted. A secure bike storage area is available. Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard or on the street.
