Good morning, Center Lyon: “Les Pentes” (1st arrondissement). 8 minutes from Terreaux and the metro. Quiet room, located on the 3rd floor with a view of the garden. Sofa, kettle, cups, desk, light and space available. Bathroom, refrigerator and microwave: exclusively reserved for tenants and located outside the room. Ideal for someone who prefers to eat out or at work, and who simply wants to reheat dishes in the microwave without a cook. Possibility of rinsing cups or plates in the shower room sink, making sure to leave it clean. No shared accommodation, no washing machine, no kitchen. Breakfast is provided for 1 night. Rental available for a single person, regardless of the length of stay. For a couple, rental is limited to 15 days maximum. If the stay lasts from 1 to 6 nights: sheets and towels are provided, and laundry is included. For longer stays and if many sheets are used: laundry is the responsibility of the tenant. Or if necessary, we can arrange it for a fee depending on the quantity. A launderette is 50 meters away. Housekeeping and compliance with internal regulations must be taken into account.
