The first floor of an old Norman house is accessible via an exterior wooden staircase. The space includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with a private toilet, and a cooking area on the landing.

The first bedroom, measuring 11 m², is equipped with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a television. A wardrobe is also available on the landing.

The second bedroom, measuring 9 m², has a single bed and a seating area furnished with two armchairs and three small tables, ideal for aperitifs.

Cooking facilities are available thanks to a small refrigerator, a microwave, a conventional oven, and electric hotplates. The equipment also includes a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, as well as the necessary dishes and cooking utensils. A table and chairs are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a mini dishwasher. Cupboards stocked with towels are also available.
