Close to the banks of the Loire, and just a few minutes from Old Tours by bus, car, or bike, I am offering a bright 16m² bedroom on the ground floor of my house, located in the heart of the historic Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire district. The room is well-insulated for both summer and winter and includes a small terrace overlooking the garden. The shower room and toilet are shared with the tenant of the adjoining room. Access to a shared kitchenette/laundry room is also available. Cleaning of shared areas is your responsibility or shared. Independent access is provided via the garage or garden, depending on the weather. Very quiet neighbourhood. Free street parking. For tenants in professional employment, training, or full-time education only.
