14m² room for rent on the outskirts of Strasbourg (Strasbourg - 67200)
We are offering a medium-sized room for rent on the ground floor of our duplex apartment located on the second floor of a building. The room opens directly onto the living room, which will be shared with the resident already on site. It is affordable for someone on a modest income, yet offers almost identical amenities to the larger room upstairs.
We look forward to welcoming you for a stay ranging from one week to one or more months.
Please note that our apartment is currently being renovated. Two cats live on site, so be aware if you have allergies!
Water and electricity bills will be shared between the residents in addition to the rent.
A young woman already lives on site, which is why this rental will be exclusively for women.
