In a beautiful, well-maintained apartment with character, located on the shores of Lake Geneva, I offer a furnished room of approximately 13 m². The fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathroom are shared. Internet and utilities are included.

- Direct access to the lakefront.
- Lovely walk along the water to Villeneuve.
- Paddleboarding possible in the summer.
House life:
My children and grandchildren visit regularly, creating a friendly and respectful atmosphere. I also share the apartment with Arco, a sociable and affectionate one-year-old cocker spaniel. Two friendly tenants currently live here. I prioritize long-term rentals.
