My house is located in the historic and residential neighbourhood of Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, close to the river and just a few minutes by car, bus or bike from Place Plumereau in Tours (about twenty minutes on foot). A direct bus serves the centre of Tours and its train station (15 minutes). The surroundings are very quiet. The room is well insulated, in both summer and winter, and it shares a wall with another room available for rent. A shower room, toilet and a small kitchenette are to be shared with another tenant, and you are responsible for their cleaning, either alone or shared. For tenants travelling for professional reasons or students only.
