I am offering a 12 m² room with a 140cm bed, desk, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, and a garage for a bike or scooter. Ideal for a young student, intern, or someone on a fixed-term contract. I offer a mobility lease that is eligible for APL housing benefit.
We will share the kitchen, living/dining room, shower room, and toilet with mutual respect and friendliness. Loulou the cat lives with us.
The apartment is located near the Port of Cubzac-les-Ponts, by the banks of the Dordogne. The train station is a few minutes away by car or about a ten-minute walk, with twenty-minute journeys to Bordeaux and ten-minute journeys to Sainte-Eulalie (shopping centre).
I am 60 years old, I am a nursing assistant, and I work in Bordeaux Centre. I am renting out the room of my daughter who is currently in Australia.
