Very quiet room, 200 m from the RER B line and Palaiseau Villebon station, 25 minutes from Paris and 500 m from the town centre. You have a fridge in your room, bed linen and towels are provided every fortnight, and a microwave is at your disposal. Access to the kitchen every day except Sunday. Wi-Fi access, ironing facilities, with, subject to availability, a private or shared bathroom (with personal washbasin). Garden at your disposal. Very quiet house, ideal for students. Host lives on site. Washing machine not accessible. Laundrette in the town centre 400m away. Cleaning of your room is your responsibility, as well as the bathroom, which must be cleaned every week. The bathroom must be kept impeccable for mutual respect. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking.
