Let's rent a room in a large family apartment, located within a pedestrian residence with all amenities: pharmacy, doctors, bookshop-stationery, supermarket, bakery, etc. Close to Montreuil stations (8 minutes' walk) for La Défense or Paris Saint-Lazare and Porchefontaine (15 minutes' walk) for Paris Montparnasse. Near Hoche and La Bruyère high schools (10 minutes' walk) and UVSQ (University of Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines) (15 to 20 minutes' walk). We are a couple and work from home. Our space is separate from that of the tenants to ensure everyone's privacy. As a tenant, you will share a shower room with WC with another female student. Use of the washing machine and kitchen is allowed, with a dedicated space in the fridge, and a bike storage area. We offer a family atmosphere and emphasise that our accommodation is non-smoking. Two female cats keep us company.
