The train station is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to reach Lyon by train in about 20 minutes. The city center and the famous Rue Nationale, known for its many shops, are also a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is less than 100 meters away, and several shops are nearby. The house is bright, with a garden and a beautiful terrace with a swimming pool, all facing south. I prefer to rent monthly or annually, with a preference for female students, but I remain open to all offers. Please note that I do not accept applications from male candidates.
