Bathroom and toilets shared only with the other housemate. 🏡 Shared spaces (to be shared with the host): a large, modern living area including a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a magnificent terrace with an open view, perfect for sunny days. Optimal comfort: underfloor heating and air conditioning (in the lounge). 👥 Profile sought: the common area is to be shared with myself (live-in host). I am looking for serious people who are respectful of everyone's schedule and the cleanliness of the property, for a harmonious and friendly living environment.
