How do I disable the automatic renewal of my Premium Membership ?

Cancel automatic renewal of the Premium Membership

🔁 When you subscribe to the Premium Membership , automatic renewal is enabled by default. But you can easily disable it at any time.

To stop automatic renewal:
- Log in to your Roomlala personal account
- Open the My Account tab
- Click on the Premium Membership section
- At the very bottom of the page, click on the red link:
👉 “Do you wish to cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription?”

Once done, automatic renewal is disabled . Your Premium Membership remains active until its expiration date, without being renewed. This allows you to maintain control of your subscription.
