Modify your Roomlala notifications and alerts

To manage the notifications and alerts you receive from Roomlala, follow the steps below.

1. Go to your personal space , "My Account" tab
2. Open the "Settings" section
3. Go to the "Notifications (email and SMS)" section
4. Check or uncheck the alerts according to your preferences

You are not receiving SMS messages.

If, despite your settings, you still do not receive SMS messages, we invite you to contact our customer service .

Please remember to specify the following information.

• Your mobile operator
  Some operators, like Free, can sometimes have reception problems
• Your phone number
  This will allow us, if necessary, to validate it manually in your personal space.
