I am a host, how can I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Check the status of a reservation

When a reservation is confirmed , its status will appear as “Confirmed” in your Roomlala messaging.

As long as the reservation does not have this status, it means that:

  • The tenant has not yet made the payment.
  • Or that you have not yet accepted the request.

⚠️ Never receive a tenant until the reservation is marked as “Confirmed” on Roomlala.
You must always wait for official confirmation.

Reservation confirmation

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Roomlala.

This email contains the tenant's personal details (phone number and email address).
You can also find this information directly in the conversation with the tenant, on the left side of the page.

My tenant says he paid, but the reservation is not confirmed.

If the tenant tells you they have paid, but the reservation still does not appear as “Confirmed” in your inbox, and you have not received a confirmation email, it means that the reservation has not been validated .

Possible cases:

  • Status “Pending payment” : The tenant's payment has likely failed. They must make another payment attempt.
  • Status “Expired” : the request has not been paid or confirmed, or you have not clicked on “Accept” or “Pre-approve”.
    If the arrival date has already passed, it is no longer possible to confirm or pay for the reservation.

The tenant arrived, but I haven't received the rent.

If more than 36 hours have passed since the tenant's arrival and the reservation still does not appear as confirmed, please contact our customer service.

It is imperative that the tenant pay their rent online in order to regularize the situation as quickly as possible.
