Hosts are asked to include all utilities in the prices offered.

Special case: utilities not included

Some hosts may specify that utilities are not included in the rent.

In this case, the exact amount of additional utilities to be paid outside of the site must be indicated clearly in the listing description.

In case of a problem

If a host asks you for an additional payment outside of Roomlala, and this was not specified in the listing at the time of booking, contact us immediately.

This step must be taken no later than the day of your arrival.

Our team will then be able to intervene and verify the situation.
