You have forgotten your password and you want to log in to your Roomlala account?

No panic 😊 Resetting is quick and easy.

Reset your password

Follow these steps:

  • Visit Roomlala .
  • Click on “Log in” in the page menu.
  • Then click on “Forgot password” .
  • Enter your email address, then click “Send” .
  • Open the email you received and click on “Change my password” .
  • Enter your new password and confirm it.
  • Click on “Save” .

✅ You can now log in to your Roomlala account with this new password.

Change your password from your personal account

You can also change your password directly from your account.

  • Log in to your Roomlala account with your email and current password.
  • Go to the “Profile” section of your personal space.
  • Under the “Your password” field, click on “Change my password” .
  • Enter your old password , then enter the new one twice .
  • Click on “Confirm” .

💾 Your new password has been automatically saved. For added security, you can also click on “Save my info” at the bottom of the page.

📩 A confirmation email will be sent to you after the change. You can then use this new password for all your future logins to Roomlala.
