As a tenant, you can request a refund for your Premium Pass if all eligibility conditions are met.

Eligibility Conditions

Your request is only admissible if the Pass ended less than 7 days ago.

During the validity period of the Pass (according to the creation date of the connections), there must be no connections with any of these statuses:
- Confirmed
- Cancelled by yourself

There must be no exchange of contact details (email or telephone) in the connection messages during the Pass period.This verification is carried out automatically by an AI analysis.

Your profile must be complete:
- profile photo present
- identity verified

Decision

If all the above conditions are met, your Pass is eligible for a refund.Otherwise, a refund is not possible.
