Exchanges between non-Premium members
If you or your interlocutor are not a Premium member , certain rules apply to guarantee the security of exchanges.
It is forbidden to:
- Send your personal details (phone, email, address, etc.) via Roomlala messaging.
- Plan a visit or schedule an appointment outside the site.
On the other hand, you can freely exchange as many messages as you wish via Roomlala messaging.
Automatic email blocking
If our system detects information resembling personal contact details (name, phone number, email address, website, etc.), this information is automatically masked .
The conversation is then blocked .
⚠️ Once blocked, the conversation cannot be unblocked, except in the case of a detection error .
To avoid any errors, you are asked for confirmation before sending a suspicious message.
How do I unblock the conversation?
- 💎 Become a Premium Member .
This allows you to freely exchange your contact details with other members.
You can then discuss by phone, email, or arrange a visit.
💡 The cost of the Premium Membership is then deducted from the service fees when you book. - ✅ The conversation is also unlocked when the reservation is paid and confirmed on Roomlala.
In case of an error by Roomlala
If your conversation has been blocked in error, please contact us so we can unblock it.
