Property condition reports on Roomlala

For each rental, Roomlala allows you to carry out an entry inventory and an exit inventory .

Each document must be signed by the host and the tenant .

Go to your personal space , "Messaging" tab
Select the relevant reservation
On the left side of the conversation, you will find the sections "Initial inventory" and "Exit inventory".

🔒 Only confirmed bookings give access to the property condition reports.

Clicking on one of the links opens a window.

Select the entry or exit condition report, then complete the online form with the requested information.

Once the document is completed, it can be signed by both parties .
