Payment to the Host
Between the booking and your arrival, Roomlala acts as a trusted third party.
Your payment is held in a secure escrow account and is only released to the host 36 hours after your arrival.
Your money is therefore safe.
You risk no scams as long as the rent is paid online on Roomlala, by bank card only.
In case of a dispute with your host
You can declare a dispute up until the day after your arrival, before 1 pm.
This might concern, for example, accommodation that does not match the listing or an incorrect location.
In this case, your rent is blocked while the dispute is being analysed.
A refund can then be processed directly by Roomlala.

Insurance
Roomlala insurance covers material damages that you might cause during your tenancy.
You are thus protected throughout your stay.
