Payment to the host

Between reservation and your arrival, Roomlala acts as a trusted third party .

Your payment is held in a secure escrow account and is only released to the host 36 hours after your arrival .

Your money is therefore safe.
You are not at risk of being scammed as long as the rent is paid online on Roomlala , by credit card only .

In case of a dispute with your hosting provider

You can report a dispute until the day after your arrival, before 1 p.m.

This could include, for example, accommodation that does not match the listing or an incorrect location.

In this case, your rent is frozen while the dispute is being analyzed.
A refund can then be issued directly by Roomlala.

Insurance

Roomlala insurance covers material or bodily damage that you may cause during your rental.
