As a hosting provider, how and when am I paid?
How am I paid?
To receive your rent payments, simply enter your bank details in the "Bank details" section under the "My account" tab.
Roomlala then makes daily payments to the host members.
When will I get paid?
At the start of the rental
The transfer of the total amount of the reservation is made 36 hours after the start of the rental , provided that no dispute is declared.
If the lease has multiple payment deadlines
For rentals of more than 45 days , payment is spread over monthly installments. Each rent payment is made to the host 24 hours after the due date .
Payment deadline
Once the transfer is initiated by Roomlala, it is processed instantly in the majority of cases.
You usually receive payment the same day 🙂
Less frequently, a delay of 2 to 3 days may be necessary, depending on your bank.
Transaction tracking
You can track all your payments from your personal account.
Go to the "My Account" tab, then "Transactions"
Late payment
A payment delay is most often related to missing or incorrect information on your account.
We invite you to check the following sections in your personal space:
- Bank information
- Checks
- Taxation
The missing items will also appear on your dashboard. Click the corresponding red button to perform the requested updates.
Important
👩🏻⚖️ Identity verification and entry of your tax information are now mandatory to collect your rent.
Without this information, Roomlala reserves the right not to make the payment until your account is fully validated.
