How do I change the dates/price of my upcoming reservation ? 🔁

Before the reservation is confirmed

You can change the dates (and the price for guests) as long as the reservation is not yet confirmed.

  • Log in to your account on Roomlala .
  • Access your host or tenant area, then click on the “Messaging” tab.
  • Click on the relevant reservation , then on the yellow “Edit dates / price” button.
  • Modify the dates and/or the price according to your needs.
  • Click on “Confirm” .

✅ The trick is done!

If the payment has already been made

If you change the dates or price of a reservation that has already been confirmed, the difference will be automatically refunded or charged according to the adjustments made.

In all cases, the change will need to be confirmed by your contact person.

How do I change the dates or price of a current reservation ?

For rentals of less than 45 days

It is not possible to shorten a rental of less than 45 days that has already started.

We advise you to communicate directly with your tenant or host in order to find an arrangement.

For this type of rental, the host receives the full rent 36 hours after the tenant's arrival .

To extend a rental (host only), follow the same steps as before the start of the stay:

  • Log in to Roomlala .
  • Go to your “Messages” .
  • Click on “Edit dates / price” .

For rentals of more than 45 days

The rules differ depending on the type of modification.

Shortening the duration: only the tenant can do that.

All he has to do is go to his schedule and click on “Shorten the lease” .

Extending the duration: only the hosting provider can perform this action.

If you are a host, log in to your Roomlala personal space. In the “Messaging” tab, click on the “Schedule” section.

On the schedule page:

  • Click on “Extend rental” .
  • Select the new end date. You can use the arrow on the right to change the month.
  • Click on the “Edit” button.
