Why you might receive SMS from Roomlala

We may send you SMS messages to verify your phone number or for certain important notifications.

For example, you may receive an SMS when a new booking request is received.

Check your notification settings

In your personal area, go to the “My Account” tab, then to the “Profile” section.

Make sure the following option is checked:

  • “I agree to receive SMS messages to be informed of booking requests”

Other possible errors

  • Incorrect number: check the country code and your phone number in the “My Account” tab, “Verifications” section.
  • Operator's spam barrier: It's possible that your operator is blocking our SMS messages. You can contact them or check your operator's customer account settings.
  • Unfunded account: In case of unpaid bills, delayed payments, or insufficient balance (for prepaid plans), SMS reception may be blocked.

Still not receiving SMS messages ?

If, after all these checks, you are still not receiving SMS messages, we invite you to contact our customer service.

Please specify in your message:

  • The name of your mobile operator (some operators, like Free, may experience reception difficulties).
  • Your phone number.

This information will allow us to manually verify your number in your personal area if necessary.
