🔎 Search and find accommodation

Finding accommodation is done solely on the Roomlala platform, independently. Our advisors cannot carry out searches on your behalf.

You can start your search from the homepage, then refine your criteria in the results (dates, type of accommodation, price, etc.).

Sending an enquiry to a host

When you find accommodation that suits you, select it. Then complete the form located to the right of the accommodation photo. You can then send a first contact enquiry to the host.

Understanding the availability calendar

If certain dates are crossed out on the calendar, the accommodation is not available. You must select available dates to send an enquiry, or continue your search for other accommodation options.

Example: if the calendar shows dates crossed out from 1st to 25th April, this means the accommodation is already booked for that period.

Minimum and maximum rental durations

Some hosts impose a minimum or maximum stay duration. If your stay does not meet their conditions, a message appears: “Duration too long” or “Duration too short”. You can adjust your dates or choose another accommodation.

Sending your first enquiry

If the dates and duration you want are available:
- select your dates
- indicate the number of people
- specify the purpose of your stay
- write a message for the host
Then click the purple button “Contact” to send your enquiry 🙂

Exchanging with the host

The host will receive your message and can reply to you directly and easily. You can then continue your exchanges via your Roomlala messaging service.
