How do I share my contact details? 📞

Would you like to get your contact's phone number or email address? There are two ways to exchange contact details on Roomlala. Let us explain everything.

1. After your booking is confirmed

Once the booking has been paid for and confirmed, your contact's details are automatically shared with you. You will then receive:

  • Their email address
  • Their phone number
  • The exact address of the accommodation

This information is available in the confirmation email and in the messaging system, to the left of the conversation.

⚠️ Please note: once the booking is confirmed, penalties may apply in the event of cancellation or any disagreement regarding the accommodation. If you prefer to speak over the phone before committing, the Premium Pass is perfect for you.

2. Before booking, with the Premium Pass

It is sometimes more reassuring to speak directly before finalising a booking. With the Premium Pass, you can share your contact details (phone and/or email) via Roomlala messaging for a direct connection with your contact.

And if you proceed with a booking, your service fees are waived entirely.

What if I don't have a Premium Pass?

As long as the booking is not confirmed and you do not have a Premium Pass, you can still exchange messages freely via the Roomlala messaging system. This space is ideal for asking questions and discussing details before taking things further. However, sharing contact details is not possible at this stage.

How do I subscribe to the Premium Pass?

Go to your personal space, click on the "Account" tab, then the Premium Pass section. The Pass is a 1 or 12-month subscription, with the price clearly displayed before payment.

Important: subscribing to the Premium Pass does not automatically share other members' contact details. To exchange them, you must:

  • Have an active Premium Pass
  • Use Roomlala messaging
  • Send your contact details, or ask for those of your contact

Once your message has been read, the other member will be able to contact you directly or share their own contact details if they wish.

Why does it work this way?

This system protects the entire community. In particular, it prevents payments made outside the platform, which are against the rules and risky for users. Roomlala's goal is to guarantee a fair, secure, and reliable experience for both hosts and tenants.
