To modify the availability of your listing, go to your personal space, under the "Host Area" section.

Next, click the "Edit" button to the right of the photo of the relevant listing .

Open the "Calendar" section, located on the left side of the page.

• Unavailable dates appear in grey, with the date crossed out.

To receive only requests that match your availability, it is important to keep your calendar up to date .

If you apply multiple rates depending on the season, you can precisely define a specific rate for each day or period.

How does it work?

• To apply seasonal rates , select the desired days, then adjust the rate from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
  You can increase or decrease your rates by choosing a percentage relative to your reference rate.
• To make certain days unavailable , select the relevant dates, then click the "Unavailable" button at the bottom of the screen.
  The same action also frees up days.

Please note: seasonal rates are only available if you accept rental periods of less than 30 days.
