On Roomlala, you can freely communicate with a tenant using the integrated messaging system.

The tenant's contact details will be provided to you once the reservation is confirmed .

If you wish to arrange a viewing of the accommodation before confirming the reservation , Roomlala offers the Premium Membership .

This Pass allows you to exchange your contact details with tenants before payment for the reservation.

What are the advantages of the Premium Membership ?

• Share your contact information (email, phone number) via Roomlala messaging to schedule a visit or chat by phone
• The Premium Membership fee is deducted from your service charges when reservation.
• Contact tenants in your area directly and offer them your property.
  They then receive an email containing your listing

How do I pay for my Premium Membership ?

Payment is made by credit card from your personal account.

Go to "My Account" , then to the " Premium Membership " section.

Payment is secured by our payment provider.

What are the prices for the Premium Membership ?

Pricing is available in your personal area, under " Premium Membership " .

You can choose a 1-month or 12-month plan, depending on your needs.

⚠️ Subscribing to the Premium Membership does not replace online reservation .

Failure to comply with this rule may result in your account being deleted , without a refund of the Premium Membership.

Important information

When you subscribe to a Premium Membership, you do not automatically have access to the tenant's contact details.

This information is only visible if the tenant chooses to send it to you via Roomlala messaging.

After subscribing, when you receive a message from a tenant, you can:

• Send him your phone number or email address
• Ask him to give you his contact information

The tenant remains free to contact you directly or share their information if they wish.
