Exchange your contact details freely
Without a Premium Pass, you can only communicate via Roomlala messaging. With the Pass, you unlock the ability to exchange contact details with interested tenants: email, phone, or organising a viewing or meeting. You secure your booking faster and more easily.
No more service fees
When booking online, service fees are deducted from the amount paid to you. With the Premium Pass, these fees are completely removed: you receive your full rental income, without any service fees.
Receive more inquiries
The Premium Pass boosts the visibility of your listings: you can receive up to 10 times more rental inquiries. Join the more than 20,000 hosts who are already Premium members on Roomlala.

As a Premium member, your requests to our team are treated as a priority. You receive support more quickly at every stage of your rental.
Standard or Premium: the difference

How to subscribe
Go to your personal space, in the Premium Pass section. The Pass is valid for 12 months, at a price clearly displayed before payment. If you have a promotional code, you can apply it directly on this page.
