As a host, what are the benefits of the Premium Pass?

Are you hesitating about subscribing to a Premium Pass? Here is what it actually changes for you, as a host.

Exchange freely with your tenants

Without a Premium Pass, you only communicate via the Roomlala messaging system. With the Pass, you unlock the exchange of contact details with interested tenants: email, phone, organising a viewing or a meeting. You close deals faster and more easily.

Stop paying service fees

When booking online, service fees of 3% are deducted from the amount paid to you. With the Premium Pass, these fees are deducted from your bookings, up to the amount of your Pass and according to the terms of use: you receive your rent without service fees.

One exception to be aware of: if you have activated the "I will pay the service fees" option on a listing, the Pass only covers your 3% share. The portion you have chosen to pay on behalf of your tenant remains due. It makes sense: the Pass removes your fees, not those you choose to cover to make your listing more attractive.
