Where can I find invoices and edit billing information? 🧾

Invoices for rentals

You can easily find your invoices from your payment schedule, as well as in your transactions ( My account > Transactions ).

• Log in to your Roomlala account
• Go to the Messaging section
• Click on "Invoice" for the relevant rental.
• Then click on "Your bill"
  You can also download it from your schedule.

Invoices for the Premium Membership

Invoices related to your Premium Membership are available in your subscription history.

• Log in to your Roomlala account
• Go to "My Account" , then " Premium Membership "
• Click on "History"
• Select "Print invoice"

Please provide your VAT number or company name.

You can display the following information on your invoices.

• Your first and last name
• Your company name
• Your address
• Your VAT number

To update this information, go to your personal Roomlala space, "My Account" tab, then "Settings" section.
