Automatic Renewal of Premium Pass
You believe that Roomlala has renewed your Premium Pass and taken a payment without your agreement.
We understand that this may come as a surprise.
However, as stated at the time of subscription and in our general terms and conditions of use, the Premium Pass is automatically renewed.
This information is also reminded in the confirmation email sent when subscribing to the Premium Pass. If you have subscribed to a 12-month Pass, a reminder notification is sent 3 months before the expiry date.
You can deactivate automatic renewal at any time from your account, in the My account > Premium Pass section.
- Roomlala never automatically refunds a Premium Pass that has been automatically renewed.
- However, the Premium Pass can only be refunded upon its expiry, if you meet certain criteria, depending on whether you are a tenant or a host.
