You can send your documents directly from the help center .

In order for your request to be processed, you must provide the following information:

• A photo of the front and back of your identity document.
• A photo of you , with your face clearly visible, and your ID clearly visible in the photo.
  For example, you can hold your ID in one hand and take the picture with the other.
