Covered events
All property types covered
Flat, house, room, shared housing, guest room, caravan or mobile home: all types of accommodation offered on Roomlala are eligible for our insurance.
What is not covered
Damage caused intentionally, wilful damage (including cigarette burns), damage related to undeclared natural disasters, damage of nuclear origin, theft or disappearance of items, cleaning fees, and appliance breakdowns are excluded from coverage.
How do I claim compensation?
