The room is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed. A TCL bus stop is located in front of the villa, providing access to the St-Genis-Laval metro station (Hôpital Lyon Sud) for easy access to Lyon. The villa is located two bus stops from the André Paillot high school in Saint-Genis-Laval and less than a ten-minute walk from the town's shops and Pré de Justin. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the three adults residing in the villa. The bathroom includes a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is provided via fiber optic cable.
The room is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted on the veranda.
