Private 9 m² room in a 130 m² duplex in Treycovagnes, a quiet location just a short distance from Yverdon-les-Bains. Residential area with countryside views (and mountain views on clear days).
The room is upstairs (attic, low bed) and offers flexible sleeping arrangements: two 80 cm single beds or one 160 cm double bed (designed for comfort: no edge at the junction + comfortable mattress topper, the separation is seamless). Amenities include a desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower reserved for guests + toilet. Access to the bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub is available upon request.
Shared common areas: kitchen (dedicated refrigerator space), living/dining room, loggia, laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
Self check-in via key box. Free parking (garage space subject to availability). We live here with Mickael and our little dog, Praline.
There is no coffee maker or kettle.
We have a second bedroom that we also rent out, so there may be other guests.
