The bedroom includes a 140x190 cm bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe (hanging space + shelves), a table, a chair, a closet, and several lamps. Wi-Fi internet access (fiberglass) is available.

The entire apartment is accessible and shared:
- Bathroom with a sink, a large shower, and a washing machine
- Kitchen with storage space, a refrigerator, an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, and all tableware. No coffee maker.
- Living room with a double sofa bed and a TV
- Dining room

Bed linens, duvets, pillows, and bath towels are provided.
