I have two rooms available for rent in my house, located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ille.
The house is a traditional two-story building, about 20 minutes north of Rennes by car. Nearby, you'll find shops and public transportation: the train station is a 5-minute drive (or 10 minutes by bike) away, and a bus stop is located in Chevaigné, 7 minutes away.
The house's common areas are freely accessible, and you can also enjoy the garden. A friendly and peaceful dog, Jack, also lives with us.
