fully equipped, shared with 3 men, in Marly. Charges, internet and electricity are included in the rent.
The furnished room that is freed up contains: a small table with chair and desk lamp, a wardrobe, a wooden chest of drawers, a comfortable bed with all the bedding, a night table with bedside lamp and alarm clock-radio, a Persian rug and a painting of Lavaux.
The apartment includes an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms of different sizes, a fitted kitchen (two fridges, oven, microwave, electric touch stove, dishwasher, cupboards and storage space), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a living-dining room that opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and 5 chairs for lunch in summer.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential building. At 300m, you will find shops and the stop of 5 regional buses 10min from the station
