I'm moving into this amazing flat on 1st June and I'm looking for someone to share it with for June, July, and August.It's a flat in Old Quebec, on Sainte-Anne Street, very close to the town hall. A 10-minute walk to numerous bus stops!Also 10 minutes from a grocery shop and all the shops on Saint-Jean Street.The room will be furnished.The flat unfortunately does not accept pets. The large terrace overlooks a courtyard shared with other neighbours.775$/month, including utility bills.As for me, I spend a lot of time writing my master's thesis (in environmental design), so I see my flat as a quiet and relaxing space.
