Famille avec 3 enfants, nous proposons une chambre sans vis-à-vis à louer suite au départ de nos 2 aînés devenus étudiants. La chambre est meublée avec un lit double, un grand bureau et de nombreux rangements. Il s'agit d'un appartement confortable de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, une cuisine américaine et un grand séjour, situé au 5ème étage dans une copropriété agréable avec un gardien. L'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes du métro Louise Michel et à 15 minutes du métro Porte Maillot. Un local à vélos est disponible. Nous avons un chat et partons souvent le week-end dans notre maison de campagne. Il est possible d'utiliser le piano familial. Nombreux commerces à proximité.
