A house close to Talence universities. A spacious and quiet house, with a garden, singing birds, and a fireplace for winter. Two rooms are already let, one to Maelys, 20, in sports studies, and the other to Aliénor, 19, at Sciences Po. The largest room is available, with a private conservatory. It is east-facing, bright, with wooden flooring and furnished. Everything is included: water, electricity, gas, heating, Wi-Fi... Housing benefit (APL) accepted.
The Tram B line is an 8-minute walk away, stop "Arts et Métiers". I'm Sylvie, the owner, and I also live in this house from time to time as I have another house in Dordogne.
Kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden to share. Quiet atmosphere... but good food and laughter!
