Just steps from a small, recently renovated pedestrian square, the apartment enjoys pleasant peace and quiet while being close to the city center (a 30-minute walk from Place du Capitole and a 7-minute walk from Matabiau train station, the Marengo metro station, and bus lines).
It consists of two rooms, including a separate bedroom that opens onto a small, planted interior courtyard, providing pleasant coolness in summer.
Local shops are easily accessible at the end of the street.
For any arrival outside of the indicated times, prior notification is required.
